With 15 years of service as a police officer, he found it difficult to support a family of six on a police officer’s salary he began researching real estate. Like most, he paid for expensive worthless seminars charging twelve thousand on credit cards. The former cop believed real estate would work with the right system. Smith started writing his own personal system by documenting what worked and why. He also documented what didn’t work and why not.
